I'm glad at least one review below references the gentleman with glasses. I arrived back from my weekly shop this morning to find the LPC delivery van parked squarely across my off road parking spec. Upon asking the gentleman sat in the driver's seat if he'd move, his response, word for word, "we're delivering". I explained I lived here and he retorted that I could park in the public parking space opposite. The thing is, that logic goes both ways. I stood my ground and he huffed and puffed as he moved the van to accommodate me being able to park on the land I paid for. Heaven forbid. If he'd have been even slightly apologetic or accomodating, I'd probably have been content to park elsewhere for as long as it took for the items to be unloaded and delivered to the other flat in my property. Ordinarily I wouldn't leave a negative review for a company I've never used, but I can safely say it's been a while since I've been spoken to with such disdain and as someone who literally manufactures furniture for a living, you can be sure LPC will not get my vote when referenced in my day job.
The place would be ok and probably make more money if they got rid of that little old thing with glasses, yes the obnoxious one who looks like a man.
Fantastic customer service. The furniture was beautifully made and exactly what we asked for.
