I photographed a wedding here and the place is simply stunning. You will struggle to find better scenery. The staff were very attentive and if you can try to get the boating cottage which is amazing.

Ardanaiseig was an absolute gem! A lovely manor house tucked off the beaten path in the countryside, everything about our stay here was wonderful. The entire staff was absolutely superb. The house is beautiful and full of character. Our room (we stayed in Cruachan in the upper corner) was lovely, with wonderful views and a four poster bed. Dinner was divine - and a stroll through the grounds was lovely. This was the perfect hotel in the Scottish Countryside, we only wish we could have stayed more than one night!!

Lovely get away. They have beautiful views from rooms. Rooms are lovely and big. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The chef is sent from heaven. Could not say 1 bad thing about this place. If your aim is to have a little get away from busy city life this is the place for you

If you like an old fashioned hotel and service go here. Very limited bar which ran out of most beers for several customers within a very short period. Most things on bar menu were not available. Staff were friendly but most were Temps and had not been trained up. Food in the restaurant was good. Rooms need sympathetically updated to bring them into this century. Owners need to spend money to bring this once great hotel back up to standard.

This is the place to go to get away from it all. Good food. Isolation. Countryside to die for.
