Good selection of food for everyone. One of the best halloumi and mushroom burgers around. Good children's menu and dogs are also welcome in the bar area. A good selection of whisky is also on offer. Would definitely return to try some more from the menu.

The Cairnbaan Hotel serves first-rate food at the restaurant, definitely worth checking out if you are in the area. The vegetarian options are very satisfying! Also, the staff are friendly professionals who are relaxed about people moving from the sofas to the dining area and back again - the couches are very inviting if you want to have a drink after your meal to soak in the relaxed atmosphere. Plus, free wifi, always a plus.

EXcellent food, wonderful scenic location. Very friendly + helpful bar and waiting staff - a complete 5 star experience. Well done, looking forward to next visit.

Meal in the longe bar at lunchtime. Fantastic food and large portions. Love having a meal here. Hotel is beside the Crinan Canal, good for walking off the large lunch on a sunny day and watching the boats go by.

Visited here whilst staying at Crinan Canal cottages no8. Lovely walk along to the hotel and doesn't take long. Our meal was delicious and the surroundings pleasant. Staff friendly and the varied menu very good. Also dog friendly in the bar. Will hopefully visit again. Our roast turkey meal with all the trimmings was excellent. Must add, excellent vegetarian choices.
