My wife, a friend, and I stopped in for lunch while on the way to Glasgow. We expected a sandwich shop with standard Scottish fare. We are pleasantly surprised to find it was a 4 star restaurant with a varied menu and friendly staff, including a cozy bar area with a fireplace and a reading area with books. We enjoyed staying in secluded areas so we asked if there was an near by inn. The manager informed us that the restaurant was building small lodges which would be ready in a few months. Next trip to Scotland will include a night or two at Inver

Incredible eating experience, 5 course taster menu was worth every penny. Attention to detail, excellent well informed friendly staff. Superb.

One of the top 10 best restaurants in Scotland. Beautiful surroundings, fabulous local inventive and sustainable food, lovely staff and comfortable b'n'b accommodation. Will with the drive to get here.

Excellent food if you have a dog you will have to see if there is space outside of the restaurant.

Incredible food, truly incredible. Completely bursting with flavour, "send my compliments to the chef" was heard several times while we were there. Somewhat expensive prices (£16 for the beautifully done chicken I had) but worth every penny! Funny and friendly staff and owners, if you're anywhere near here and you have a few pennies to spare... spare them!
