I’d definitely recommend this little and cozy theatre. Great productions and plays all year round. Last weekend went to see “Cutting Edge”.
One of the coolest theatres in London. Every production is affordable, moving and memorable. If you're there at the weekend the bar hosts excellent quirky ragtime bands. People get up and dance or not. Free access if you arrive before 8pm or so. It's a great vibe/ community feel a super antidote to dj/ "electronic" music venues.
Intimate place, which is another word for small, but the opera production tonight was magnificent and had a huge impact. Wonderful singing and orchestra. Trendy warehouse feel to the licensed bar and I love the toilets which recycle water from washing your hands straight down to flush the loo!
The place is really nice and I always enjoy going there, but the play 'Meet me at dawn' was amazingly good: extremely recommended. Also the actors were just sitting at the bar chatting, so you can meet interesting people if you hang out there :-
Went to see Little Miss Sunshine and loved it!! Nice to support independent local theatres too :
