A perfect little store for supplying local business with the goods needed for catering and food preparation and sale. The staff are very nice to speak to. I plan to source my future supply's here. Wolud highly recommend a visit!
AVOID!! Inexperienced and arrogant staff, without knowledge of the products. Went to buy vacuum machine and bags, staff didn’t offer any help and sold me the wrong bags. Half an hour later I called and they asked me to take them back with the receipt. Went to store and the manager, tall and chubby guy always munching something in his mouth in front of customers, become very rude and aggressive and told me he cannot swap the bags as they are opened. Explained that this was the bags staff sold me an hour ago and I can’t use them as they are not suitable with the machine. He told me with a smiley face to keep them and use them for something else. Very rude customer service, we are a local business that’s spends lots of money there but I will definitely never buy anything from them again!
Have bought numerous items from Nisbets all be it on a small scale not for a business and have always found all staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable with deliveries being very quick and of good quality. Makes me quite angry when I see individuals Shahrzad being very aggressive and abusive naming staff and putting them down publicly. How dare you talk down to people like that and from you're spelling and grammar doubt you are very clever. Maybe if you speak to people with respect you may get respect back. Can't stand bullies.
As usual went to buy 6 box of plate and other stuff but didn’t find the size so asked for help , there were 3 gentleman was standing one of them said go find there you will get it then one guy came ,he was trying to help out but the same time another tall and chubby guy came , he didn’t want to listen to me at all don’t know the reason then wanted to speak to manager , he is not allowing. Don’t know why behaving like that way I found very worst customer service and racist
£6.00 delivery for a large piping bag that weighs practically nothing is daylight robbery. You could just put it in an envolope and stick a stamp on it... Job done. Won't shop here again.
The short review - excellent staff who will help you make the right choices for all things culinary. Longer version - Nisbets are the go to supplier for all things catering, but having this shop means you can browse many of their items in the flesh. Not as good a range as the online store, but the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and can direct you to the best stuff, often based on experience of working in the industry - invaluable. Anything from the catalogue can be ordered quickly too.
They have a nice, well-priced range of most of the items you could hope to find in here. The staff are very friendly, helpful and they aren't trying to sell everything to you. Nice place, I will be back.
Sale's assistant was very helpful and ordered the items on line to be delivered. Saving me the trouble of carrying them.
Superb company. B2B buyer. The quality of Nisbets puts some catering supplier competitors e.g. Adexa to absolute shame.
