Visited the Princess st store on Sunday 13th August and was very impressed with the customer service I recieved from the girl that served me. I think she was Eastern European. She was so helpful and friendly. I'm not great with tech but she made my visit so easy and pleasant. She's a credit to her shop/company

The staff at this shop are absolutely amazing. Liam and Jade sorted a  very challenging phone issue with my daughter when we visited the shop the late afternoon of Friday 29th June 2018. This was not an easy problem and took time to resolve. Unfortunately I became unwell while we were waiting and Liam called the paramedics. Liam, Jade and Charles were so kind and supportive. Wonderful staff and a big thank you to all three. They stayed late, missed their trains, but refused to leave until the paramedics arrived and I was taken in the ambulance to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. I would recommend that people take their custom to this O2 shop. People count here thanks to the professionalism and the kindness of the staff.

Customer service is a joke.  The expert proceeded to tell me how wrong  I was  regarding Huwawei devices running Google apps.  I think the biy should do some more reading.. I won't be upgrading my device..  I'll just buy one outright in Dubai. Much easier. Also,  after I verified my personal info wanted me to rectify an old address.  Shameful invasion of privacy.

Went in with an issue with the handset that's under warranty. Wanted to ship it for 3 weeks which is fine but could not give a replacement. Avoid

Staff are super friendly and even stayed late to help me with my new phone. They gave lots of valuable advice and I came away very happy with a phone I hadn't considered but am delighted with.

I recently had an employee treat me like I was dumb but generally the service is good. Their prices are not too expensive and they're situated in central locations. O2 will bombard you with text messages if you don't opt out.

Love it in o2! Everyone is so much more friendly and helpful in store than anywhere else! Great service, quick resolution, great price. Super easy.

Great Store, The team in this store are very helpful and Friendly I would recomend this store to my family and friends.  Guru services very knowledgable and happy to help  Laid out very well lots of phones out on display which you can go and have a play with and staff will show you the best features.  The store gets quite busy at peak times however there is a que sistem that you can carry on shopping until your turn or a nice seating area to wait if there is a que but honnetly great shop !

Good quality products and very helpful staff.  I needed a wireless charger and the staff was super kind in helping me choose the right product.  Excellent value for money!
