Stayed in Love shack suite.... Beautiful! Lovely staff and great food. Only downside our bill got mixed up with another couple however the issue was resolved straight away. A wonderful stay, clean, spacious and beautiful rooms.

The room and facilities were very nice, the only thing really lacking was customer service. Would have been decent enough for a bog standard hotel, but for the price we paid I expected a bit better. Lots of waiting and not massively attentive. The room itself was also a bit smaller than expected from the pictures online.

Lovely hotel staff all friendly and helpful our room was the the love suite a large well set out room with a large round bed and a settee looking on to a massive wall mounted TV (with netflix) , at the end of the Room double patio doors with a Juliette balcony unfortunately not with a view but overlooking other patio areas with hot tubs and the roof of the swimming pool if you had these open you can hear the other suites. There were 2 radiators in the main room one would not heat up and one that would not turn down making the room really hot. The bed was comfy with soft pillows. The bathroom was also very hot even though there was only one of the 2 radiators on lovely spa bath and steam room with shower in it and an in door hot tub this made the bath room smells a bit of chemical and made a bit of a noise in the night. Next morning down for a fantastic breakfast even had 3 different types of toasted bread including a fruit loaf and you could enjoy a glass of prosecco with if you wished, over all a great night away very clean and comfortable hotel suites just needs a little more relaxing attention to detail in the room with the noise and chemical smell. we will be back to try out a different room and try the spa and pool areas which we did not manage on this trip

Lovely quiet hotel only a short walk from Windermere, excellent rooms some with outdoor hot tubs and Netflix included. Spa service and facilities are to a very high standard, food especially the breakfast were good. Would highly recommend a stay here.
