I visited because my library card, due to lack of use, appeared to have expired. The staff were very helpful and in no time at all I had a new card issued. The library itself is a modern, clean and quiet environment - almost monastic in reverence to "the book" and study thereof. Having said that, the number of books were far fewer in number than I was expecting - a far greater number and varied selection are available in digital format online, or via the Libby app. Instead, a lot of space is dedicated to study areas and workstations.
Everyone is always so helpful and they have a great selection for such a small building!
Came here a few times and it's got much better staff now! I came last time in 2017 and there was this weird guy with black curly hair who would make faces and ask intrusive questions like "where do you study" and "what are you studying" with a disgustful expression. Gave me the creeps. Glad he's gone now.
Much of computer for public to use, the staff very kind to assist anyone who needs help.
The library has a great collection of books and, the location is strategic too. It's close to the bus stop and railway station as well. Above all, the staff is amazing. Always ready to extend help and too kind.
I love this library! In spite of its diminutive size, they always have something worth picking up. If they don't have exactly what you want, you can reserve it online. Lovely, polite and attentive staff.
Good library with great selection of books and literature. Delightful staff that are really helpful. There is a decent amount of computers to make use of and the printing service is really simple and easy to use.
Had not been at Anniesland Libabary in over 6 years due to me not needing anything from it, My Libabary card i previously had, had got lost but in no time in about 30 secounds i had been given a new one. The staff is nice and so is the environment. This Libabary makes a great study location if your out of the house and i highly recommended it.
My local library. A nice place with friendly, helpful staff. A good source of local information with plenty of PCs available.
