Extremely disappointed with this seller. Ordered an item and paid extra for next day delivery. The item still wasn't shipped on the day it should have been delivered. I emailed the seller, who hasn't had the courtesy to reply. I can now see the item has been posted to the post office today and will experience more delays now due to the strike tomorrow. It's doubtful I will now receive this item in time. I have requested a refund of the delivery amount and will update this comment if I get one.
