I loved this place! It is situated in a very particular location in front of water, which made it slightly difficult to find - but once there, it felt amazing. Creative, amazing drinks, good food, and fast service. We went in the more "slower" hours but still had a great experience. Definitely a must-visit here in Birmingham!Food: 5/5
I came for bottomless brunch yesterday and Trinity’s service was impeccable, she was attentive to our needs and ensured that visit was seamless and enjoyable. Her friendly demeanor and care for our satisfaction made our visit even more memorable. Not only was Trinity's service top-notch, but the food and drinks were also outstanding. The speed at which everything was served left no room for complaints, and we were consistently impressed throughout our meal. Trinity is an asset to Aluna. Thank you for the excellent brunch and for having such dedicated staff members like Trinity. I look forward to visiting Aluna again in the near future.
Gosh this was such an incredible experience! Everything was a 10 for my friends and I. I think what I loved most was how friendly the staff was. Alyssa and the other lady working the floors at the mailbox branch did so well in making us feel comfortable. It gave luxury for the prices the meal was. My experience was on the 17th March at noon. Love you Alyssa
HUGE thank you to Alyssa & Eric who made my night out alone feel amazing… I was given honest answer about items on the menu, my waitress was attentive and I git to meet the man who invented the cocktails and personally made his own for me Enchanted Rose is the ONE!!!!. I only gave 4 stars for food as the Gyoza Dumplings could’ve been better and there wasn’t enough of the Enchanted Rose Cocktail …. I would 100% recommend to anyone and will defo be back!!!
First timer, nice place and food was great, the only thing that let it down was the ladies toilets none was flushing, not very health and safety but worth the stars. 28.6.24 - Returned and had dinner, food was amazing, tried new drinks, staff were excellent, toilet no complaints. 13.07.24 - service just as excellent and good very hot, team meal out, cannot complain. Pizza was humongous couldn't finish it, definitely recommend a visit.
We booked it for our anniversary, and they upgraded our seat to a more private one, offered very photographic moments and overall were super friendly. Our server, Alyssa, was super accommodating and very much helped make the night special for usFood: 5/5
Tom looked after us superbly! And he produced some delicious cocktails lychee martini, Marshmallow Daiquiri and an old fashioned and cannot recommend the Panang curry enough! Amazing!Food: 5/5

I come here at least once a month. Consistently great. Amazing cocktails. Great staff. Clean and classy place. Great views of the canal. Definitely hit it up if you're looking for a swanky yet comfortable bar to grab a drink or two. Great place to take a date or have a girl's night!
