Lovely place to eat, came here for breakfast, there was a few people there already, but was still very quiet, we got seated straight away. We sat near the kitchen, so could see the food being freshly cooked. Good sized portions and reasonable prices. No need to book.
Went here for brunch with friends and the food was pretty good. They have some fun drinks choices that look good. I had the chicken and maple syrup waffles and it was tasty although personally I wish it had more chicken.Good food and service but not outstanding.
Visited here with a group of girls at the weekend and we LOVED IT!!! The delicious food, novelty cocktails & great service - we really couldn't fault it. A few of us opted for the burgers with loaded fries which were absolutely delicious. My friend went for the peanut butter noodles which were amazing but very very spicy!! Our cocktails arrived in inflatable unicorns and flamingos with candyfloss! And the service was exceptional, especially Noel who was very attentive and informative.
Lovely bar with good selection of drinks and cocktails. We didn’t eat food but it was very busy with people eating, I’d advise booking a table for food. Lovely location on the canal side in the Mailbox. Good music playing as well.
Had bottomless brunch with a friend and food and service was amazing! Loved the vibes with good music in the background too but not too loud that we couldn't have a conversation. Was very impressed at how efficient staff were at refilling our mimosas as usually have to get attention for refills at other places. Will definitely be visiting again when next in Birmingham
Came here for a quick meal. We had chicken tacos and an English breakfast. The drinks are really nice strong but expect one drink to be around £9.50 but I would recommend going bottomless as you pay around £20 and have more drinks. The food was ok, but nothing extra special - really needed more seasonings. The service was good but terribly slow, we had to remind ourselves three times that we wanted to order and to pay twice. Overall great, I would try it for drinks only. As I feel like the food was not worth it. Our bill came to £30 pound each - one drink and food. Would not say this place is 4.3 stars overall.
I went here for bottomless brunch with 3 friends on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was very busy, so we waited for a couple of minutes for our table become available. Despite how busy it was, the food & drinks were brought out very quickly. The staff made sure that our drinks were replaced quickly, and would ask for our next order without having to get their attention. Will definitely be returning!
We went for brunch. The staff was fantastic , friendly and helpful but the food was not great. My friend had some avocado and salmon toast and the bread was so hard that she had to ask some more. Unfortunately it was not fresh, also in general the meal was very dry.
Joe was on his first shift today and he was excellent, we did bottomless brunch for my girlfriends birthday and everyone was extremely hospitable. The food was amazing as always and the service was top tier. Gas street social is my favourite brunch diner in the whole of Birmingham city. Chorizo hash is top tier
Went as a large group of friends. Food was lovely, we ordered prior to arriving and the food came put fresh and hot. Cocktails were cute and tasty. Staff were attentive, and we had an enjoyable night
