Very dirty!  Dirty towels dirty bedding,  unhoovered floor, small milks had all come off,  solid & black in the room,  and shower was yellow & stunk of wee! Never been to a hotel were you have to give it a clean yourself before your happy with it! Shocking!

Lovely staff really friendly. Goleston is a lovely place with a fantastic beach, bars and places to eat

Hotel from hell!!! Rotting food in bin, dirty, unmade beds & the list goes on.. very unhygienic! STAY AWAY!

Myself and 6 family members have just stayed here. No complaints whatsoever. Everything clean and tidy. Beds comfortable. Showers hot. Mine Host Dave, a very pleasant and capable chap. Will definitely stay again when in that area. Oops, I almost forgot! A very nice breakfast too which was enjoyed by all.
