In reply to Mr Williams posting, Alexander Philips did all they could. The problem arose from bad standard of building and very difficult tenant. All my dealings with them have been totally professional and courteous. Do not be put off trusting them with your properly.

I was away serving my country in the military. I returned to my house with significant damage due to their handyman’s work (not the tenants). They refused to put it right even after I gave them many chances to do so. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere!

Alexander Philips are easily the best estate agency in West Sussex. Offering a friendly, and professional service, they were there every step of the way to answer my questions and help me out in any way they could. We are now settling in our new place, thanks to all their hard work. I'd fully recommend their services to tenants and landlord alike.
