Great service ! I bought a BOSE sound system and Initially had an issue but this was resolved and repaired quickly with great communication and works perfectly now I wouldn’t hesitate buying from here again very honest knowledgeable polite lad . Great customer service 5 stars !

Well pleased with moter scooter I bought from Aladdin's cave good buy

Visited this place to see a cooker priced £150 when I got there 13.00 it was closed. They lost a possible sale.

Tried to go there during the opening times but it was closed no idea why. Tried to call them but it said invalid number. Not sure if they actually want to sell their stuff.  I work in customer service and I am really sorry but this in incredible terrible customer service. How much effort would it have been to put a sign there that says "We are on annual leave" ? I am really sorry but you can't be working that hard if putting up a sign is too much effort ; It was 2 disappointments so we left 2 reviews. Especially after this incredibly rude answer I will definitely leave the review as it is. I was considering to change it if you would have apologised instead of saying "we are having a well earned break without giving any notice".

We were looking forward to seeing what this place had to offer since we were reccomended to go there,  because of work its been difficult to find time to go there but we had an hour before work on saturday to check it out to we made sure we got there on time so we could have plenty of time to look around. We sat there for 10 minuites and still nothing as open, we tried to call the number posted out side and it was wrong, not the best experience.  Would it really be that hard to just put a sign or even a notice on google to let people know, what do you expect to happen? for people just to know automatically??

Does not always have what you went in looking for but often has something you never knew you wanted. Good fair prices friendly guy seems to be working there all the time happy to leave you to browse but on hand if needed, I'll keep going back.

I purchased a rise and recliner chair recently and i was very impressed with the service I received after having a small problem with it. The gentleman who served me could not have done enough to put it right and  I thoroughly recommend Aladdins for brilliant customer service.

I managed to find the perfect sized desk for my room, thanks to some helpful and speedy service. This place has a great array of furniture at good prices.

I have over time bought some fantastic pieces of furniture and furnishings some a little quirky and some a little ott there is so much to choose from and great prices for all types of tastes , xxx

Came here didn't find any caves loads and loads of gud bits and bobs ended up with a lamp shade friendly staff
