Great accommodation. A lot better than what I anticipated when booking the hotel for my courses. Nice little Gym area, kitchen & cinema room. Fantastic friendly staff here too.
Stayed here in October/November 2021 during a training course for work. I stayed upstairs in one of the en-suite rooms which was very spacious comfortable and quiet. There is access to a shared kitchen area as well as a small gym.Tracy at the front desk was fantastic, she was polite, kind and always happy to have a chat. If I needed recommendations about the local area, or information of where to eat she would go out of her way to help. She is without a doubt an asset to the company and probably the biggest reason I would go back to the hotel, a smile at the door really goes a long way.
If doing a course at the Airport do not stay here. Its very basic more like a student accommodation. Girls on front desk were really nice thoughRooms: 3/5
Nice place to stay. 5 minutes walk to the training center. Safety: Safe and nice.
I am coming back to this place every time I need to do any training related to my work. It is convenient next to the training centre 3 min walk and the concierge Nick and John are just always nice and helpful. They will take you to town in a shuttle and bring you back in whenever you want Reasonably timed obviously so you can have a drink with fellow trainees if you wish. They know the best take aways for the evening meal or places to go should you like to dine out. Only downside of this place is that not all the rooms are en suite, but that is just a minor compare to perks it gives you for that price. Tesco is also a stone throw away and in between not bad walking paths for an evening stroll... Will be coming back for sure
Served it,s purpose as its in an industrial estate,amenities are a walk if you need food,free coffee available,exercise gym and tv and showers available.Shared toilets and showers.Close to training centre which is ok but you really need your own transport for getting around.
Absolute best place to earn your qualifications, great food, lovely hospitality, and a nice open area so your not packed into a building all day. Qualifications range from your GWOs and RUKs, high ropes, confined spaces, and more There is a very accomodating hotel with a communal bathroom rooms varying from 2 singles, only one single and a very comfortably double bed
The hotel is fine but the beds are awful. It is worth spending an extra few quid to stay at a more comfortable premier inn or similar. Although it is a 2 minute walk to the training facilities.
Just needs more comfortable beds but that's my opinion, good otherwise and has all facilities needed.
Amazing place to get your certificates. Expirienced trainers with vast knowledge about the courses and hotel was amazing.John the Consierge was of great help as well.
