Excellent customer service thanks very much to the reception staff.who helped with Taxes  recommend a good Indian restaurant.

The room was ok but took forever and a day to warm up staff at reception very polite and helpful would i stay there again no prefer whitley bay premier

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our bed was really comfortable and the extra pillows were very soft! My only suggestion would be to have some other non-buffet breakfast options.

Ate in the attached pub/restaurant for an early dinner with the kids. We chose this pub because it has a small soft play area inside which keeps the kids amused while waiting for the food. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was cooked to a reasonable standard for this kind of place. Not exactly fine dining, but that's not what you expect from a chain pub. All in all, a decent meal for 4 at around £40.
