Incorrectly advised by staff and then patronised by the manager. Unfortunately it seems to be a trend in the reviews that it's a lucky dip with who you get. Having worked in a good bike shop for a number of years, I'd recommend avoiding here, Halfords might even be a better option...

Extremely helpful and friendly shop. I stopped off here because my Brompton suddenly wasn't working properly and I couldn't work out why. The lovely guy fixed it in a second, and even adjusted my saddle, free of charge.
I bought a secondhand bike from this store but the service was absolutely first class. Thank you Alex for your recommendations and for all your help in getting the bike ready. I’ve taken it around the village and it’s been a smooth sailing or riding, I should say!
