This place is fantastic!! My son learnt so much. They have everything you need to DIY fix it shop!!! Highly recommend and will donate any bike to help others and to support this place!! So affordable for a population that needs a break financially.

Amazing place, i was a complete newbie to bike repairs,but  the staff was really nice and helped me fixed a lot of things that i didnt even know were wrong, jansen was super helpful Economical place if you want to get your bike fixed.

Never go to a bike shop again. They will patiently show you how to fix it yourself, providing all the tools. Just leave a $5 donation to help others!

Discovered the SWBC while looking for a place to get a back tire flat fixed and a bit of a tune up. I am not very mechanically inclined, and have always struggled with inner tube replacement in the past. I must say this was the best $15 I've spent in a long time. Jensen was incredibly helpful with instruction when I got stuck, like getting the tire off the rim or putting the wheel back on front easy, rear not so much. He showed me how to adjust my brakes and cables, with tips that helped me understand why I had struggled with this in the past. He also spent a lot of time adjusting my shifting, and showing me how the various adjustment locations worked. All in all a really great learning experience. Really glad that we have places like this in our community, and it will definitely be my go to place next time I need to do some tune up or repair.

Haven't rode a bicycle in many years and I'm so happy that Jenson helped make that possibility happen. Incredible deal on a nice bike, my budget was tight so I am grateful he was willing to help. I'll be back for accessories ! Thanks again, it was a pleasure dealing with you !

I bought a used bike from the place. Good price for really good bike. I also bought a lock with the bike and they mounted it The guys there are super nice and friendly. I really enjoyed chatting with them. I’m sure if you go there to learn/fix your bike you will enjoy your time If you are here in London and looking for a used bike or a place to fix your bike these amazing guys are the ones you should go to!

First time checking this place out and was really impressed. The prices really can’t be beat, and the person who helped me was very knowledgeable and friendly. I got a bike perfect for my height, and he even swapped out the seat for one that better suited me. I will definitely be back!

Come here for a good learning opportunity. The mechanics here are helpful and provide a lot of support in fixing your bike. There's barely any wait time either. The surplus parts they get from other bikeshops are good enough and they help with installation.

I absolutely loved my experience with Squeaky Wheel! I had no previous experience maintaining a bike and volunteers were kind enough to show me the ropes. Not only that but they offered lots of good bike tips and good deals with purchasing parts and locks.
