I have been working with Leaders Manchester for the past few years and find the staff and management a pleasure to work with
Every day myself and my lads are greeted with a smile and the staff always go out of there way to give us as much information about the jobs we are to carry out 
The management team are very approachable and always listen to any problems that we may have when carrying out maintenance in the landlords apartments 
Hayley and Claire treat the contractors as part of the team which helps my business run smoothly.
I know in business you cant please everyone but one thing i do know is that the Management and staff at this branch do there best every day to accomplish this

Worst experience letting a house after years renting. 
Almost no complaints were sorted due to landlord not agreeing to the repairs. 
Deposit took more than a month to be paid back and they wanted to charge for really small things as "leaving an umbrella in the apartment". Greedy.
They charge for the referencing!!!!!!!!!!!!! Another 25 quid that they will take from you. 
After leaving the apartment several items were still not repaired after half a year of contractors and complaints made. 
Only after contacting the council they thought about doing repairs in the house. 
One payment made was wrong by 3 pounds after year and a half living in the property and they wouldn't stop calling me from the credit department (for that they are really quick).
When the complaints are urgent and with no need of landlord approval they sort them out quickly tho.

Recently let one of my properties with Leaders. After delivering such an excellent service I then decided to move my whole portfolio over to them. Would recommend!
