The customer service is just consistently poor at the Leeds Store. Everything is a big ask, stock/earrings on the walls is always sparse and not topped up. Visited yesterday and didn't get any hello or interaction but two members of staff were talking about internal Accessorize matters that probably should be kept within employees/business only! Unprofessional. I love the products, but the service is so bad.
disappointed that they don't have as much jewellery anymore..I used to get all my earrings necklaces etc from there but now it just seems to be more bags and scarves flip-flops not the good stuff they used to do
Just a quick walk round, nothing stood out so didn't buy
I visited the store this morning and the girl that serve me was lovely. As my purchase was only £1.75 I paid with cash rather then my card for such a small amount. As I handed my money over I notice a member of staff who I believe was the manager shake her head and hand over the hand sanitizer to a member of staff who was stood next to her at the counter who then passed it on to the young girl who served me. I am absolutely disgusted at the mangers behaviour as I work in retail and know how hard it is and appreciate any business that we get. If she doesn’t like handling cash then She should wear disposable gloves. I won’t go back to the Leeds store.
