Michaela @ Mulberry Leeds is a star ! I took my Bayswater in for some repairs and she was so honest and informative. She took the time to talk me through what needed doing and what wasn’t necessary. After a few weeks @ the workshop it was sent back to Leeds & Michaela gave it a complimentary clean and wax before sending it out to me. It looks like new and I am so pleased with it & the experience I have had, especially with things as they are at the moment. I would highly recommend her and the Leeds Mulberry store for their excellent knowledge and customer service. Thank you Michaela x

Fantastic service given by the staff at Mulberry in Leeds. The appointment they set up for me and my wife made our anniversary extremely special. She was thrilled with the bag, along with the complimentary champagne!
I visited the shop yesterday with my sister and niece as we all like to buy mulberry bags. On this occasion I purchased a scarf. Unfortunately as we stepped out of the shop my sister had a fall due to her health reasons. Elllen and other staff members couldnt do enough to help her. They were absolutely marvellous. They let her sit and rest in the shop until she was ok and gave her some water and I would like to thank them for that. As for myself I found immense pleasure in my new puchase and the service I received from Ellen. I would reccomend that anyone who likes Mulberry to visit this shop as the staff give such a warm welcome and its a great pleasure to buy from them

My wife had the misfortune of visiting the Leeds branch after happily buying 5 Mulberry bags from the leeds Harvey Nichols store in the past.... she found the manager rude and arrogant.... disgraceful.!
