I purchased a pair of jeans from the Manchester store a few months ago. They developed a problem, so having rung Manchester and being advised that I could take them back to the Leeds store, this I duly did. I couldn’t have received better service. The guys there exchanged them without a quibble. Really excellent service. Thank you

I recommended this store to someone having had good service in the past and staff completely ignored us. We tried on jeans for 20mins upstairs and as we left we passed a couple of employees on the stairs who were having a chat. They didn't acknowledge us. Worse still I emailed Diesel customer services about it and didn't get a reply. I'm a fan of Diesel but will need some convincing to visit this particular store again.

Great selection of Jeans, and great staff. One of the staff members I believe Jag was her name showed me some great jog jeans that fit perfectly.

Helpful staff. Range of products and sizes. Not many stores carry good level of stock to suit the customer.

Shocked to read in the previous reviews that people found the staff to be rude! I shopped here twice, and in both times, I found the staff to be very helpful.

Not as good since the location move,hardly have any sizes out on display..and never have the right sizes in stock

Expensive for what you get, paying for the name, which is generally advertising for free on the clothing you have bought. I bought a belts.
