I went for my nose piercing and Becky was amazing! So reassuring and helpful, really put me at ease and answered all my questions - thank you so much!
My daughter drags me in here all the time, I can't say I like it very much but she seems to think it sells good stuff so I won't be as harsh as I would be if it was just me visiting. It's not cheap though and always feels very claustrophobic. The whole Liz Truss thing has tarnished their reputation for me a bit too now if I'm honest.

Worse shop for ears piercing would not recommend at all payed 44 pounds for one ear doing when both should be down one person doing it when there should been two people absolute joke get yourself to a decent jewellers that only cost 25 pounds with everything !!
Not too busy, good job as shop crammed with stuff, with not much browsing room. Simple enquiry about basic cost of re-piercing my ears and was treat to a prolonged sales spiel with prices up to £200!

Took my 7yo daughter for her ears piercing. Very polite staff and engaged my daughter, good quality of service. Only bug bear is the shop was too cluttered not much room to move about with a pram. Overall good
To anyone who wants to get their ears pierced I advise you not too go here!!! Or any Claire’s store infact I urge you not to go I got my cartilage pierced a month ago in April and purchased an expensive crystal earring “£38” it took a week for this faulty crystal to fall out. I still took precautions and cleaned my piercing everyday however it got infected and I was left with a swollen ear and damaged hole. Claire’s do not sterilise their equipment and use a gun you will be at risk getting your ear pierced here the workers weren’t bothered about my concerns didn’t check to see the damage they caused my ear. I never got refunded for that overpriced fake faulty crystal earring. I wish I knew beforehand not to go to Claire’s if you look online and read the reviews and other peoples experiences you’ll be shocked I’m surprised they’re still allowed to pierce ears. The piercing had to immediately be removed it was a struggle to take off due to how damaged and faulty it was. My ear lobe is damaged swollen and sore and Claire’s quite frankly don’t care . For anyone who wants to get a new piercing go too a professional place and use a needle!
Ruby had her ears pierced and it was a perfect experience. She loves them. Thanks so much. 5/5 done on the spot ad well no need to book. Amazing..
