I must say, this is the best Louis Vuitton store I’ve ever been to! Laura is truly fantastic! she was so patient while helping me solve my problems. She is an extremely excellent and lovely staff! I will come back to find her next time I make a purchase.
At first I was contemplating to pay a visit to Leeds LV boutique after reading some of unease reviews about this boutique. Learnt my lesson from my past experience in Vienna, I will read the reviews about the boutique before making a trip there. However, my very positive husband advised me to give a try and experience to new boutique which is Leeds. When we arrived at the boutique, we were greeted by the security staff at the door and asked us to wait for the staff to help. The boutique was quite busy but I only waited about 10mins. And came the very lovely girl yes I have to praise her to help me with all the handbags. I was planning if I could not get a good treatment from this store I won’t buy it. I was so wrong and Molly the beautiful young lady was patiently helping me out with my choosing of the handbags. She wasn’t only helping out to show all the handbag that I asked for but she also share the opinion and ideas about the handbag. I can tell she is very sincere with her suggestions and ideas. I was thrilled with Molly’s help. To all the future customers in Leeds LV boutique, if you want to make a visit there please look for Molly. She is such a wonderful and lovely staff. I was so pleased with her.
The worst customer service experience for a luxury brand! I bought from different luxurious brands, and the service has always been top notch. I came to exchange a bag that we bought for another one since it had creases and folds, the inexperienced lady at the till was one of those who memorize the manual but doesn’t truly understand it. She kept saying ‘the creases will go away, I can assure you that’. When I asked her do you guarantee this? She said I don’t. Then when I asked her why do they pack bags that badly, she kept saying that’s our heritage without really understanding what she was talking about. I told her if you can’t guarantee that the creases will go, then why did you say that it will go over time. Then when I confronted her that they should provide a guarantee if they truly stand by their products, she was completely silent and didn’t know what to say. For customers who pay this much for a bag, I’d expect a better customer service. I’ll be retuning the bag online to get a new one since the other bag she offered to exchange in the store was also badly folded and had creases and looked used. I’d advice the Leeds store to train their staff if you want customers to return!
Great experience, far better than other LV stores I have visited in the past few months. A queueing system is in place like in most other stores but here, an associate will pop out of the store and speak to people in the queue to check stock for them, etc which is something I have not witnessed at other stores. Had very good service by James L who was very knowledgable and polite, again not something that is a given anymore at LV sadly. It’s a small store but they seem to have a good selection of items in stock. Will definitely return.
The service I received from this store is AMAZING particularly Helena who went above and beyond to make the Louis Vuitton experience a super special one. All staff were friendly and helpful and I am over the moon with standard of service from Louis Vuitton and its employees thank you so much to everyone at the Leeds store
We were at your leeds store today again to collect the new bag Lily was excellent help probably the only one in the shop The one we collected last week was faulty and returned to the shop The management in this shop is a total disgrace. I didn’t even get an apology or good morning!!!!! This is the 3rd item that we’ve purchased and had to return them due to faults.
Went into the store today to get my bottle of perfume engraved as the Manchester branch machine wasn’t working, travelled over an hour! Didn’t repackage the box correctly and didn’t put the ribbon back on, pure laziness.
I would of put 0 if I could! Bad service! I sent some £300 earrings to be looked at as they Tarnished after a few days of wearing - Was told on the phone by the lady Jodie "these earrings are not really for daily usuage".. please tell me where this is said online?? So I've received what I thought was a new pair to be a scratched and more damaged pair of earrings!! GREAT! now I'm not entitled to a refund as this has dragged on for too long.. AVOID,AVOID LOUIS VUITTON earrings they are poor quality for daily wear. Not happy!!! Will be seeking advice on this!.
Great customer service yesterday Sunday 9th June when I was in the store, great product knowledge and help with items, 10/10 great store……
First visit to this store back in 2022 was amazing, very helpful staff, knowledgeable, attentive. Really helped me pick the bag I wanted and I ended up getting a scarf as well. All visits since then have been a bad experience. I have returned for a bottle of perfume later on in 2022 and I was just left to my own devices. I did not receive an orange LV box as I did when bought perfume online. Also no samples were offered. I have returned to the store the following day as I really liked one of the bags and again, the service just wasn't great, no samples. My last visit was on my birthday, July this year. Windows were all boarded up but the plywood on the inside wasn't painted and the store looked really bad and the light wasn't good at all. Previously i received help with the pram up the step, staff were smiling and attentive. I came in for a perfume refill and the attendant was just going with the motions, I was interested in some earrings as well but the lady didn't even offer to pull them for me, only showed them to me on the ipad. So I got my birthday present elsewhere. I will only visit this store for a perfume refill from now on, only because I can't get that online. Its a massive shame as buying luxurious products in the shop is a great experince and the staff at this store really don't seem to understand it anymore!
