I went on a shopping trip today. I wanted to buy smart casual clothes for a new job i'm starting. While the store looked great 10/10 for retail standards & the clothes looked interesting, there was ZERO customer service. The store was empty & I wanted some help. Twice I had to go over to the group of staff who were talking to ask for help & then just left to my own devices after my questions had been answered. I left and spent £900 in Paul Smith as I got much better service. I returned to Reiss just to buy a plain T shirt to wear under a shirt I had bought in Paul Smith. No acknowledgement and again the staff were stood in a group chatting. I had to interrupt them again to get any service. I'm an Area Manager for a retailer so I know what good service looks like. There was none in your store today. Missed my ££££ Reiss. I could have easily spend another £900 if you had engaged with me. I did the rest of my shopping online with Mr Porter when I got home.
Gorgeous store inside and out. Good service friendly and helpful and stock levels, love the way it’s laid out so you can easily differentiate more casual wear and the business/ dressy wear. Always enjoy visiting unfortunately not regularly as not local to Leeds.

Clothes always look good but from my experience don't last long
Rang the Leeds store looking for a certain item that was low on stock. The member of staff I spoke to Megan helped me with with finding the item In another branch. Very friendly, couldn’t be more helpful, also explained about delivery etc
Staff are very helpful, both in-store and over the phone. I was sent an item of clothing from an online order in the wrong colour. The colour is not even listed as being available but was really nice. I needed an alternative size, there was no stock available online but Leeds was showing stock. The staff member I spoke to was extremely helpful; the colour I wanted was actually given a duplicate code so no-one could find it listed, but she took the time to to go through all the stock trying to find this colour - great service, great clothes.
Lovely staff. Today they let me try on a dress I ordered online and came in to collect. Also gave me useful advice on it too. Haven't had a bad experienc here, pleasant overall
Excellent service! Make sure you have an appointment with Jonny for a personal tailor experience and allow him to guide you through the process of creating the exact suit you are looking for. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pricey suits but definitely worth it.
Good points Staff friendly Excellent tailoring service Bad points Firstly I’m not disabled. But I noted there isn’t very much room in the shop to use a wheelchair. Rubbish for Disabled people steps meaning no access. Changing rooms that unable to get a pram into let alone a wheel chair Relatively expensive
