Friendly, helpful staff who looked after my car well, assisted in diagnosing a fuel problem and replaced a pair of CV boot gaiters.  Didn't try and sell unnecessary work, and indeed recommended less work than I was asking for, saying it was unnecessary. Priced competitively, would recommend.

Recently purchased a car ABP has worked on in the past; the work has been done to a very poor standard. They have used a ½” impact gun to put the filler cap on the gearbox which I had to use a 1m breaker bar to remove, they have broken/lost all of the brake line clips at the back of the car and just cable tied the brake lines and clutch lines on instead.

I am going to have to take the gearbox off the car to grease the pivot points on the clutch fork as ABP have not bothered to do this when they changed the clutch. The car is now un-drivable as the clutch sticks so badly it will not come off the floor sometimes (clutch change was done less than 2 years ago).

The staff are cracking but the (i assume owner / manager) is miserable. The least you expect when giving someone money is a hello and a thank you.

Didn't understand what was wrong with the car so didn't charge us for having a look.

ABP serviced my car on many occasions.  They are professional, and friendly, they know how to engage with their customers and have a good laugh at the same time.

I'd highly recommend these guys!
