Toilets and shower were filthy. Reception not friendly at all. Location is good very close to the bus stop. Quite cheap for me as I needed a few hours to sleep. I checked in quite late and left quite early. If you’re staying for a night and not planning to use the shower, then that’s fine for the price. I stayed in a dorm room. So I’m not sure about private rooms maybe they are better. I did not expect much anyway so it’s fine.
Great budget hotel. Super close to a bunch of places and just off the main road so it's quieter than other places. Hotel itself can be noisy with the fire hotels but otherwise no issues. Communal bathrooms were clean, though clearly have been there for many years and could do with a touch up. Separate cubicles in men's and women's showers + neutral cubicle toliet stalls. All cleaned every morning and soap/body wash/shampoo is provided Several kitchenettes to each area, all equipped with basic stuff, though if you want to use the oven you'll have to bring stuff yourself. Staff were great and no issues Simple cheap hotel Walkability: 5 minutes to tube station
Stayed here 2 weeks while searching for apartment. Location is good, generally very clean and rooms laundered every 2nd day. Will need airplugs at night though and the kitchen has no utensils for oven or stove top so ate mostly food with tinfoil containers. For a London hostel, definitely one of the best I've stayed in for the priceRooms: 5/5
It`s ok for a short trip. Very close to the tube. I had 4 beds room, only with my friends, so it was convenient. The mattress was soft, comfortable, I slept well. The room cleanliness is good. The cleanliness of the bathrooms is bad, that's a disadvantage + wi-fi fee.Rooms: 3/5
The only positives I can give is my sheets appeared to be clean and I got a private room and it was quiet. That said, the place was disgusting. The sink drain was open and smelt like raw sewage. Bugs, accumulated dust, the floor hadn’t been mopped, etc.
The rooms were very basic, but for an overnight stay in Hammersmith it was perfect The staff on reception were welcoming and friendly on arrival, our room was spotless and very clean. Beds were comfortable and considering it was freezing outside the room was a decent temperature
Bed was the worst iv ever slept in, could feel every spring. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything between rooms and people were still banging doors and making noise well past 10.30pm. Toilets were in a state aswel, didn’t look like they’d been cleaned. Showers were ok and the bedroom was clean which is the only reason I give 1 star. Won’t be returning
I have been here a bit more than 1 year ago. The hotel was cheap but with that also come the negatives… receptionist was terrible without any kind of manners or willingness to help. On the opposite side, i found the cleaners who were russianwithout being able to speak fluent english way more nicer and helpful than the guy sitting at the reception playing with his phone. Place was super clean and well located, if it were not for the russian girls who made the stay a bit more friendly i would have given a 2 stars due to the terrible customer service from that guy at the door.
Good parts: Location is great, near the bus stations and the underground, tesco and restaurants are close. The rooms, shared kitchen and toilets were clean. Beds are convenient and there are cups and bowls in rooms. Downsides: The hotel's facilities are so old you can really see it - a microwave with rust and beds are squeaky. The kitchen was creepy. And it's definitely not a place for people with physical disabilities, as every door is very hard to open and close immediately without holding
The first night's sleep was terrible as we were awoken by the sound of doors slamming from between 5 am to 8 am. This appeared to be the cleaners changing bedding and went on for a long time and was really disruptive. We were able to gently close our door when leaving so it is definitely avoidable, they just didn't seem to care about waking guests up. The second morning wasn't as bad but still some door slamming. Bathrooms were quite dirty. There is also no free internet. The showers were fine and beds were comfortable.
