Beautiful autumn day. People out with kids and dogs. Little train running and the coffee pod doing great business.
Kids loved the miniature railway and that's what we really went for. Make sure you leave a donation to help them with their projects and continue this excellent service. Kids also love maze by the walled garden. Then we walked over to the play area which has loads of things to do including musical area which is really cool. All in all a great few hours put with the kids. Who loved it. Need to pay to use the toilets so bear that in mind!
Great miniature railway that runs on Sunday donations right around the park The playground has a wheelchair accessible roundabout and see saw, in addition to swings, climbing frames and slides. Big open spaces and tennis courts too
The model railway is more than worth the donation. All of the engine drivers bar one were lovely people. Customer relations wasn't his strong suit.
Brilliant family park. Train rides are great, £0.50 recommended donation is the ticket price. No toilets to be found in the park though.

A fantastic place to take children of all ages. There is a miniature railway and at 30p very good value. The park also has the traditional park equipment, swings, slide etc. There is on street parking but it can get busy. Well worth a visit.
Lovely park, the steam train open on Sundays is amazing. Great for little ones and coffee truck open for adults
Fun place to go with children
Lovely park with clean and tidy playpark and large green field. Miniature railway at weekends.
