I would never order from this company again - very disappointing. I ordered a rose saddle pad to receive a navy one - I understand mistakes happen. After emailing to advise of the mistake, it took almost 2 weeks to receive a reply. I was assured that the correct pad was put aside to send once I returned the parcel. Due to work commitments, I could not send that week. However, once the parcel was returned, I was advised the pad had now been sold after being assured it was put aside to fulfil my order. Very disappointing service.

I wish I had looked at the reviews before purchasing from this shop- just don’t bother placing an order with them. I ordered a pair of boots, only to be emailed 4 days later and told the boots were no longer in stock, and asking if I would like to wait until a restock or a refund- I responded to their email and advised that I would prefer the latter. It has been 1 week since I have emailed them, and I am yet to receive a response, acknowledgment of my email, or my refund. I am not surprised that they are very busy with emails- seeing as they still list items as ‘in stock’ on the website, despite there being a 5 week lead time… I’m sure their email inbox is full of emails just like mine! Just  save yourself money and effort and avoid this company.

Have just had to request cancellation of two orders as they are simply unable to fulfil them, don't respond to emails, don't answer their phones and if they do what they tell you never happens. Items that were in stock when I placed my order are suddenly out of stock, items that were arriving in a day or two are still MIA over a week later. Out if the 8 items I ordered they have not delivered one of them, and trying to deal with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. Being a busy time of year is no excuse for ignoring and misleading customers. Wish I'd have read the reviews before placing my orders.

Boots came quicker than expected,  considering we have had postal strikes etc. Good price and excellent boots. Elise is also happy,  lots of nice walks to go on

Worst online business I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs. Same story as everyone else's reviews. Placed order 5 weeks ago for an item my 8 year old daughter requested for Christmas. After countless  emails and phonecalls ,none of which have ever been replied to a generic automatic reply is all I keep receiving,  I still have not received my item.  It is now 2 days to xmas and I obviously won't get it at this stage, but old mill have both my money and my item. Thanks to their dreadful service and basic bad manners, I will have a very upset little girl on Christmas morning  in 2 days time. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!! EVER!!! If your reading this old mill, at least have the manners for once to reply to me!

Update:DONT BUY - ordered from them 26th November with product to be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Now 14 working days later no dispatch, sent 5 emails, raised 2 tickets and cannot get an answer. Phone not answered either. I’m so disappointed and really sad as it’s a Christmas gift for a kid, should of ordered elsewhere… hoping someone might react quick to this and respond to me or send my items.  As of December 23rd, no tracking number and still processing despite calling me after my first review to say they would post and send that day.

Great selection of items, however some stuff was hard to find eg all the baselayers were all over the store not in a specific section

Super online service, really good communication when I had a question about my order. Really quick delivery even though there was an embroidered personalised rug in the order. Will definitely use them again. Thanks.

Ordered a gilet online never received any email order confirmation, four days later got an email saying they’d not got the item and offering an alternative or refund. I responded in under 2 hours accepting the alternative, and then heard nothing back. Sent an email next day asking for an update on my order, no response in two days. So I telephoned today to be told well we’ve got a lot of emails in our inbox to respond to, we’ll get to yours as soon as we can. I replied it’s not very good customer service is it, and got oh well we’ll get to you when we can, then belatedly asked what I wanted, I explained and got the same response. I hope I will get my gilet eventually!! Reading other reviews on various platforms I wish I’d never ordered from them.
