Very good service the vet was gentle and kind and did a great job on Tias teeth.
Inexperienced vet caused harm to the animal, refused to accept responsibility.nUnclean areas - Cat managed to pick up fleas from the practice, as they reuse unwashed bedding/towels.nHad two separate animals return from the vets with additional infections following routine operations.nThey also like to add on a bunch of unnecessary charges Which they won't tell you about until you get the invoice, knowing you have no ability to dispute. Probably the worst Vets around.

I was very satisfied with Stowmarket Veterinary Group when I had to take my cat Tommy with a suspected ear infection. It was my first ever visit so I felt a little bit nervous,but I had no need to worry. I found the vet to be very kind, and explained things to me clearly. Tommy is fine now.
I sadly lost my little black cat back in August 23 and it was an emergency appointment and the mustard pot vets in Needham market were I ended up taking her was brilliant and understanding and when I went to collect her ashes a few weeks later from stowe vets the receptionist was brilliant and understanding told me to go to the car with my partner and she went beyond her duties by bringing her ashes out to me and handle them with care and I now have two new cats and they are brilliant with them one is a rescue cat and she gets scared easily but the mustard pot vets are brilliant with her and the kitten is more sociable and they have been brilliant with him as he had a reaction to his jabs and I phoned stowe vets who reassured me that it was a normal reaction and to keep an eye on him and take him back if im worried but lucky it went away after a few days i have always used these vets and i will carry on using them as long as I have animals
