Booked a taxi for 10 to 10 and didnt show up and rang again and got told they are gonna send another one and still no sign of it...

I waited two hours for a wheelchair taxi to turn up which i had prebooked for 3 oclock i was with a disabled lady who needed a specific taxi in the end we had to find other arrangement to get her home disgusting service i rang the company 9 times to be given dofferent excuses and to be told and told that the taxi was on its way at one point i was told they were on the street and we were classed as a no show even though i told her i was stood there and there was no taxi
