I have always tried to support this company but they're just too lazily run. They clearly use google to find locations, which sounds fine except that google isn't entirely accurate. This morning marks 3 times in 3 days that they've sent the car to not-the-place-I-told-them-at-all. Yesterday's guy couldn't find me (as he was in the wrong place) and drove off without even calling, so I didn't know he was gone then they got arsey about sending a "second car sent to you now love" when the SECOND guy was sent to the same incorrect place! They don't listen to instructions. They sent today's cab driver to a closed co - op because that's what google said it was, rather than me calling 3 times to ask where the driver is and explain exactly where the new coop is. Ranting aside the drivers are ALWAYS friendly and usually turn up quickly, unless they've been sent to the wrong place which happens to me so much I can't support them anymore.

I booked a taxi at 8:25 a.m to be at work by 9 which is only 10 min away on the car. Operator said the driver will be with me in 5 min. 15 min later I call them to chase up and find out that he's still 1 min away. 10 min later I get a call from the driver that where am I, he's standing outside. I was outside ALL THIS TIME so he clearly was trying. I gave him the postcode and he still couldn't find it. Guess what he said: SHOW ME YOUR ADDRESS! How the hell am I supposed to show someone my address other than giving them the full post code and what not! The operator was unapologetic and sent another taxi which was further 10 minutes. Till then I already contacted someone else. I had to ring in late to work purely because of the fault of this trash company. Recommended to none if you don't like to be late for work! Absolute stress.

First and last time I’ll use this company! I booked my usual taxi firm who were too busy to collect us so they organised a taxi from this company. The usual cost for this trip would be between £20 - £25, however this ended up costing us £40!! The driver went on a complete diversion from the usual route, even though we asked him not to as there was no reason for it except to get a much higher fare. This was on the meter so you can imagine a £15 - £20 diversion! The two other passsengers were as disgusted as I was. Never again!!

Always use Nottingham cars, accidently left my purse in the back of the taxi and the honest driver returned it to my home address. Absolutely recommended

Disgusting service produced by this company! Long story short I called them up once to book a taxi to the Railway station but the taxi was beyond late and the operators kept lying about his whereabouts every time I called. Oh and I sent them an email about this ordeal but they didn't bother replying - disgraceful. (I'm reading other reviews and it's looking like my situation isn't an isolated one, there are a lot of bad reviews - proof that this is actually a rubbish company!) Rather than dealing with a bunch of rude liars, there are way better (and even cheaper) taxi companies in Nottingham. (By the way we ended up missing our train!)
