Booked yesturday and they confirmed to pick 4 of us up at 9.30, long story short, did not show up as agreed Then rearrange for 1030 Then did not show up AGAIN Had to ask my son to come out and pick us up, so lucky he was around Not fun at 11pm stuck in Mansfield with 2 women. They need to sort it out rubbish service Not even a call to say they are not coming ArrrrrrrService: Limousines
The taxi was booked on 11.2.22 at 5.15. It did not arrive till 5.30. I asked office handler to send me text with tracking service, they said they could not. I asked driver to ask to call me when they arrive, but call handler said, they can't do that. I said, I am in pain and had surgery done, but call handler was not empathetic about the pain or Health concern of the passenger. Call handler was not polite.
I called up and they said what do u want then told me the next taxis is in two hours
Do not use, this is not a professional business. I booked a minibus and got a car instead, meaning a £40 fare instead of £20, as I had to book another car to accommodate the passengers who couldnt be included in the first car. Awful customer service.
Agreed with the driver upon drop off a pick up at 0100hrs. He didnt show. I rang the office where I was told it was my fault!!! I said that the driver assured us he would be here and the girl said "not my problem and put the phone dowm". Amazing they are still in business.
Fast service polite staff just wish the app worked properly

Poor service. Rude office staff . Always at least 10 min late. Change prices each time I've called for a taxi to and from the same place. Useless
Awful company, followed by customer service which is just as poor, nothing more can be expected. I'd recommend any future customer to go elsewhere!
