Absolutely excellent service. Got me home safe and sound, and we were not from the area!. The guy on the phone was very polite and easy to talk to just imagine the people they have deal with late at night! If you're polite to them they'll go the extra mile! Don't forget your please and thank yous when you've had a drink! It's a long walk home without these guys!

Ordered taxi from another firm. Let us down. Rang Ideal they had a taxi round within 10 minutes. Driver very friendly. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending their service.
I requested pre-ordered cars for early mornings to get to work. The drivers always were on time, very polite and efficient. I can only recommend!
Firstly this is NOT a reflection of the driver. He was very apologetic. When you book a taxi in advance you would want it to turn up on time. I accept that circumstances dictate that being on time isn’t always possible. However, when you make several calls to locate your taxi whilst you wait with young children in the cold, to eventually find out that he is sat at a pub with the same name in a different town isn’t good enough. The driver himself admitting that he waited at an airport after being instructed to go to a particular terminal for 2 hours, again before finding out he was at the wrong terminal. This was at Heathrow. If it wasn’t for us chasing I very much suspect that the driver would have moved on to his next customer. Sort your booking process out or you will continue to lose clients. I for one won’t be rushing to use you again.
Just to say thank you for all the drivers involved in getting us to Chungs Chinese resturant and home safely. Both taxis and minibus drivers. You helped to make our family special night a great success Best wishes to a great team Vaughan Gallagher

Drivers are liars stating they have turned up when they haven't. Always late have used ideal for years but never again In response to questions, I booked from Horse & Groom Linby for 9:15 pm on Saturday 12th March, by 9:35 I called in to find the Taxi driver had stated we were a "no Show", myself and partner had stood outside from approx 9:12, no Taxi had even driven past never mind come into the Car Park, No text message or anything! Operator did offer to try and get me another Taxi - I declined. Over the past few months the arrival time of booked taxi's at busy times have deteriorated negatively - If you don't have a car available don't allow us to book!
