This is the worst taxi firm ever!!!.... I phoned at 10.00pm to book a taxi for 1.00am as the other local firm shuts at midnight.... "oh yes no problem, that's booked for you".. I then receive 2 texts confirming said booking...... at 12.30am, 30 mins after the other firm have shut...... I get a phone call from Arrow a2b... "I'm sorry but we can no longer cover your 1.00am booking!"....... SERIOUSLY.... WELL THANKS FOR NOTHING!.....you could of rung me before the "reliable firm" Eastwood Cars shut!... FYI... the only reason I've given this firm 1 star is because it wouldn't let me leave a review otherwise!!...

Booked a taxi for 7pm it didn’t arrive till 8:37pm I was told it was going to be 15 minutes so then when I called to find out where my taxi was the lady started to talk to me with a very sarcastic rude tone to her voice all because I wanted to know where my taxi was because it was an hour and 37 minutes late, never using this taxi company again, also they left my 75 year old Nan waiting for 2 hours outside. Very disappointed

We have had two weeks where this has let us down, last week we booked a taxi early evening for 10.30 , it hadn't arrived at 10.40 so we rang and was to!d it would be around 30 more minutes so we walked home as it was quicker. Then last night booked again in early evening , for 10.30, got no confirmation text as usual, went out just after 10.30 to wait, noon sign of taxi, not texts as normal to say it was on way or had arrived, so rang them to be told he'd gone!!! But don't think it m came. Don't recommend especially if you are a lady alone.

Several times I have booked a taxi for a certain time and they have been up to 10mins late. Awful service.

I rang up to get a quote from Kimberly to Ambergate and was quoted £23, so I booked the taxi, before 12, by the time we arrived at Ambergate we where being charged £30!! £1/2 more I could understand, not a problem, but hitting nearly £10 more than quoted and having to pay the full amount is disgusting!! Don't quote then charge the metre, if you give a price, that's the price it should be!!
