Excellent experience! Jack was very easy to deal with. Very happy with my car. Would highly recommend AA car sales ltd. Very likely to use again. Just wanted to update you all, I'm absolutely loving my Astra. Best car buying experience I've ever had. If you are thinking about getting a car from these guys, go ahead, no hassle and no pressure.
Quite possibly the easiest car purchase i have ever experienced! Adam was super helpful, and nothing was too much bother....even when i had millions of questions! Seemless quick part exchange of my old car and straight into a new one. Adam even had the Cambelt and water tank replaced for me before i purchased it, which was amazing. I had had the car for two days and a warning light came on, i contacted Adam who arranged for the car to go in that very same day and i was even given a courtesy car whilst the fault was fixed. Overall i felt the whole team went above and beyond to help me, way better than my previous experiences of buying a car....they were fantastic! I will be sending people their way.........
This review is overdue! Jack and Adam and Jacks Dad really are 5*! Buying a used car is always a nervy process and it all boils down to trust and gut instinct. Having spoken with Jack pre-sale his demeanour was polite, courteous, straight forward and knowledgeable. My gut instinct was to place my trust and go ahead in buying a car I'd never seen. Not that seeing it would have made much difference, I am the tyre kicker type! Everything Jack and/or Adam said, they delivered on and more. Even in post-sale they have been truly top-drawer. In a nutshell I'd be very surprised if they sold you a bad car. They've been nothing short, so far of a "Ronseal" moment....does what it says on the tin!
They don't return calls, doesn't show much interest in sales or customers. My experience, not sure about anyone else. I took my business elsewhere.
Love the car! Great service from Tim for sorting out the vehicle and making sure everything was checked before transfer was done. Amazing Service would definitely recommended.

Five stars is not enough. This company goes above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Nothing is too much trouble. We had an issue with the car, they not only covered the issue by paying for it, they organized the garage , near where we live , to make the repair. no drama, no issue just did it. We also had issues with the DVLA Covid related due to lake of staff at DVLA_ and again , they sorted the issue out. so if i could give 10 stars , I would
