This was a cute place to stay and offered us very chic accommodations. The rooms are clean, well designed, and offer a very cozy stay in Dublin. The highlight of this hotel is the staff. They are friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. My experience here was a great introduction to Dublin. Walking distance was not too far from the center and the free parking made it a no-brainer for someone with a car.
Lovely place. Very nice rooms and spotlessly clean. Complementary filtered water, coffee and pastries in reception is a lovely touch. Staff extremely nice and incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay againRooms: 5/5
Staff where lovely and helpful, the breakfast was good and it was nice to be offered something other than the generic fry up. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. On tap pastries where also a great addition for snacking. Thanks for the great stayRooms: 5/5
I was so disappointed! Don’t let the glossy pictures fool you. Rooms are tiny and outdated, paint is coming off everywhere and the carpets are old and faded. Fan in the bathroom did not work. No warm water in the shower 5th Flor. Batteries for tv remote were empty. You need to pre-book breakfast or otherwise you‘ll have to eat elsewhere. For our breakfast we were assigned a time slot at 10am - how inconvenient! And there is no buffet, you can order a few items from a menu max 2. The food was ok but not great. No idea why this place is a 4 star hotel. I liked the location and staff were friendly.
Nice hotel in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of Grafton Street etc. We opted for a double room which turned out to be somewhat 'compact'. That said, it was comfortable, clean and warm. The hotel has its own car park with spaces available on a first come first served basis. Breakfast is only a continental offering, which is not really worth the additional cost. The best price per night was achieved directly from the hotel itself rather than from any of the usual booking sites. I'd be happy to stay here again. Don't miss Searson's, located just along the street, which offers very good pub meals!
Pretty loud Rooms, dont really understand why its rated 4 stars. Everything seems outdated. If it was maybe 100 € per night it would be fine, but not for 190 € !. Only upside is the location, 20 Mins to centre by foot.Rooms: 1/5
Enjoyed our stay, it's a nice hotel in a lovely location. Service and food at breakfast slightly disappointing. Walkability: 25 minute walk to the city centre 10 minute walk to Lansdowne Rd 10 minute walk to the Dart Station
Simply amazing. We visited Pembroke Townhouse from Friday to Monday and could have stayed forever. The exterior and interior are stunning. The lobby area is chilled, with background music. Perfect for a glass of wine. Staff on hand were polite and accomodating. One morning we asked for tea for our room, and were given a tray with tea cups, saucers, milk, sugar and a teapot. Not simple ceramic, but very nice china. Our room was double height with a loft, chandelier and huge windows. The bathroom was modern and stylish and amenities were provided. The surrounding area is beautiful, quiet, and plenty of hidden gems such as Raglan Road. Great bars nearby, and a DART station less than 10 minutes away and plenty of buses. Brilliant place, brilliant staff. We will be back
Overall a nice hotel, very good value and in a great location on a very pretty tree lined street. It is around 30 minutes to walk into the city centre but it is a nice walk. The staff were friendly and helpful and they let us leave our bags there before check-in. They also have complimentary tea/coffee and pastries and a lovely cosy communal room with comfy chairs and books etc. The breakfast is good and was served by a really sweet waitress. Our room was nice with a comfortable bed but the shower design meant that the water came out onto the floor and soaked the bathroom and also the carpet in the room. If this is fixed the room would be much better!
I am forced to write a bad review at 5 o'clock in the morning, from this hotel, because instead of one big bed, there are two small beds that have been moved. My shoulders and back hurt a lot. You have to understand and influence it somehow. Two lovers will never be happy waking up in your hotel like me and also, the door in the room creaks so much, as if this room is designed for only one person
