Staff are absolutely excellent and very friendly ...way above usual standard and best we have found at a Theme park. Food eating facilities are again best we have found at a Theme park with very good food and excellent coffee. The price is also very good with plenty to do and see. Our two children can't wait to go back as they had such a lovely time

Went in the summer and it was great. Lots of activities to keep kids amused. Staff very friendly. However went back this Easter, and a lot of the rides were closed. The ground was very muddy, no proper paths. Health and safety was disregarded as big digger vehicles drove through the park. They couldn't see what was in front of them so had to make sure kids didn't wander off too far on their own. Although there was very limited rides, no events, hardly no staff, we still paid full price. Recommend visiting in the summer, or half terms, not after wet periods!

For the money, it's mostly worth it. Staff were friendly enough and the facilities, whilst a bit run down, seemed good enough. We took a 10 year old and whilst a lot of the park was clearly aimed at younger kids, she still had a good few hours there. The animals appeared happy and well looked after which was good to see. Overall, a decent day out, but if you've got older kids there are other places they'll enjoy more for the same price.

My children and I love this place. There is always so much going on. The staff are so warm and friendly and put on a great show for the kids. It's great to go on the tractor ride and also walk around the lake. Each year I think they add more and more things to do. And the best bit for parents is that once you've paid to get in, that's it, no annoying extras such as the little electric rides that kids are fascinated with, these are all plugged in with go buttons so no feeding the £1's to them! Go karts, pedal cards, bouncy castles, outdoor play area, indoor soft play with a laser quest type game, tractor rides, train rides, baby animals, pedalo's...the list could go on. Visit and you won't be disappointed.

I have been here a few times now with family and friends, always with our daughter! (Since she was about 1.5 years til now where she is 2.5 years) I imagine it's great for all ages of kids offering something for everyone and often the adults seem to find themselves on the giant floor trampolines and slides! During the week it is fairly quiet but I quite like that! On all 5 of our visits the staff have always been extremely attentive and very friendly and always offering assistance. There's toys, rides and even animals. It's fairly low key, but i genuinely feel that is part of their charm! Come and give them a try. Take your wellies til the weather improves though! (There is an indoor area too just in case)
