Brought our 4 kids ages 5-10 here and they all loved it. Lots of different things to keep them all entertained. Everything was nice and clean, and there also was a colouring station set up which I don’t remember from our last visit, but our younger kids especially enjoyed that. The staff were very friendly, Luke was very chatty signing us in and Lisa made a delicious hazelnut hot chocolate and told us all about the new play passes, which will be an amazing deal for our big family.
Some bits of the big section were closed on our visit, like the tunnel slide.nnThey have nice wavy slides and ball pits.nnMy daughter enjoyed the young toddler section, where you can slide onto the ball pit.nnSadly, the staff were all looking downcast and were not welcoming apart from the lady who was taking our details when we entered
It s ok, the only thing that was disappointing was the cleanliness. For a kids soft play ground was way to much dust, hair and the smell inside wass awful.nThe members of stuff were really nice and helpful and made the whole experience feel so much better.nMy kid have fun and I think this is all that matters.nI am not sure if we will be returning here as i personally prefer to drive a little more rather than let my kid play in this dirty place.nI feel sorry for the stuff that are actually the only reason to worth coming back.
Matt on the counter was brilliant, so helpful and accommodating and excellent customer service. Big soft play with more unusual play areas compared to other soft plays - it’s nice to go somewhere a bit different. Bright and colourful for the kids and good for all ages up to 11 - would recommend.
If you're thinking about booking your kids birthday party here, please spend your hard earned money elsewhere, it is the biggest rip off imaginable. This place is terrible, and it's run by teenagers who literally don't care about kids, or have any enthusiasm to work with kids.nnThe disco element is also a huge rip off, it's not even close to a disco. Don't bother paying for the pizzas either, these were clearly from Aldi and were over cooked and at £6 each, you'd expect more. The toilets are disgusting too, wee and other things on the floor, and used toilet paper everywhere. Some much nicer places out there to take your kids to than this place.nnIf the owners are reading this, you seriously need to reconsider the people you hire and take a look at the standards of service as the level in this place is terrible.
