Fantastic place for adults and children... plenty of things to do and see. A new 'huge' wooden play area. A small farm where you can feed a stroke the animals. Fairy world, dinosaur land!..search for gold! You can stay the whole day...take a picnic, sit by the lake or there is a cafe there for hot/cold food and drinks. Lovely walks and trails in the wooded area. A free circus. A little train in ride. A super day out. Oh...and a small gift shop on yr way out. Enjoy!

Great day out with the kids. With multiple play areas (one very recently refurbished), train rides, children's farm, dinosaur park, country walks, Walter park, go-carts, golf, sandpit, bouncy pillow, small indoor soft play for the younger ones and much much more - a great place to take the kids to run around and burn off some energy! Facilities are usually well looked after and in plenty of supply. Park has its own cafe which is always popular. In addition there are several kiosks dotted about which sell sandwiches and icecreams. Look out for special events during holiday periods. These can be a great way to cram even more into a great day out. Note: some attractions such as the train and go-carts are pay per ride.

Camping and caravan site excellent... small groups nestled in dense woodland. Secure access good facilities albeit crowded when busy. Staff excellent. Great base for getting into london via train from reading yet feels like you are in the middle of the country. Will return when nearby.

Great day out with the kids - a little bit expensive, but there really is enough to keep them happy all day and the adventure playgrounds are well kept. Have to pay a small extra fee to go on the steam train. On busy days food can run out in the cafe's but you can take a picnic.

Could have been 4 of more stars. Some major investment taken place but please note you cannot push a buggy or pram through six inches of mud. Great day out but during or after rain.
