1855 is independent award winning Wine Bar serving eclectic and hard to find wines of outstanding value and taste, with over 20 wines by the glass at any one time most of which are S.N.O.B, Sustainable, Organic, Natural or Biodynamic. We serve craft beer and cider on draft and much much more by the bottle. Our food is based on tantalising melt in the mouth Charcuterie and Cheese served on olive boards, a perfect match for all our wines. Our coffee is wood roasted locally, triple certified and specially blended for us.
Our décor is historic oozing heritage and charm, all combining to provide an informal relaxed atmosphere.
