I booked this venue for a family meal. Booked online very easily for 12 people. When we arrived we saw put us at a large table right at the serving hatch and as we got seated, a waiter with a bit of a comb over tutted at me as he was trying to get plates to take to customers. If the table us in the way, don't put it there!!! However once we got seated and our lovely waiter came over, our meal was superb. He was polite and friendly and super helpful. Our food was delicious and came surprisingly quickly. Everyone agreed it was delicious. Several of our group had a pulled pork pizza which we can recommend. Overall, really good and will be back. Limited parking on grey street. Disabled access and toilet downstairs if required. Decent menu and choice of drinks.

Foods amazing especially the pizzas and spaghetti, always yummy when order it, just the pizza is quite to cut even with the pizza cutter. The portion size of one pizza are great enough for one person or sharing between two. The staffs are very nice but sometimes none of them check on the tables and talk behind the bar for quite a bit when it busy or not, so I had to get up to ask for where the spoons are for my dessert and for my bill.

Town centre resturant: good choice on the menu including a kids option. Good atmosphere: friendly, attentive staff. Nice vibe about the place . Food was generally okay but my chicken milanese was well overcooked. Shame as it detracted from the experience.Food: 3/5
Brushcetta, for starters, was lovely, only far too many tomatoes and quite bland. Main was king prawn linguine although I had the tomato sauce as I can't do spices. This was still quite spicy. For afters, I had chocolate fudge cake, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, food was ok, price wise, myself and my friend got the lunchtime special, which wasn't too bad.
The staff gives us a warm welcome and secretly arranged a birthday surprise for dessert, the food was delicious, amazing customer service, top class. I would definitely go there again.Food: 5/5
:We had a lovely lunch here on Monday afternoon - chosen because I have eaten at other Zizzi's and enjoyed it and I wasn't disappointed with this Newcastle branch. The restaurant was fairly quiet but there was a lovely atmosphere and the staff were friendly and attentive. I asked about gluten free and was given the allergen folder and talked through options. We were really spoilt for choice but I opted for the mushroom risotto and my husband had the chicken milanese. Good portion sizes and very tasty food. I would definitely go again. Recommended! Vegetarian options: Great choice of meals of all types for vegetarians Dietary restrictions: Menu clearly labelled and allergen folder presented by staff - talked through options and double checked that I was happy with my order
Was nice,pleasant, little loud as big group sat at next table,but service and food was good,the Meatballs were the best I've ever had,although I believe they were microwaved as they were around 7,000,000°C,but tasty nonetheless Food: 4/5
