We have been going to Uno's for many years, it's our traditional stop before any home game at St James' Park. The menu is fantastic and caters for everyone and the food itself is fantastic. The service from the moment you walk in is top notch and everyone is very well looked after, I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough. Superb
Uno'a is a lovely little restaurant on Newcastle quayside. The food is fab the staff are wonderful and the atmosphere is always cosy. We go there quite often and it's always excellent. Food is great quality for the reasonable price and drinks are always reasonable. We tend to get a bottle of wine and a beer and usually spend less than £30 per person.
We visit regularly when in Newcastle and have always enjoyed the food, lovely staff too. The chicken kiev pizza is perfect if you're serious garlic lovers like us! The portion sizes are huge Vegetarian options: Large menu so decent number of vegetarian options which were all labelled
The food was great, had enough portion, great in taste! The drinks were nice. The staff were very friendly. Laura was very welcoming and kind.. she even took a moment off her work to click pictures for us and talked to us about the city and the places we could explore within Newcastle. Overall, a very nice experience and would recommend dining here, if you come to Newcastle.
Mrs D thought the soup of the day was amazing. Unfortunately the Sunday lunches just weren't up to scratch. One soggy roast potato each and not much veg - other than stacks of peas. Mash was sloppy. Perhaps a gravy boat may be better if the food is going to be so runny? Still, it was edible, the meat was nice. Staff were friendly and service good.
Amazing Italian food, and wide range of varieties available. They also cater for vegetarian and gluten free dietary restrictions. I personally enjoy their thin crust pizza.Food: 5/5
Nice friendly cosy Italian restaurant with welcoming staff who have a good knowledge about the menu. The food was good, and they were able to cater for a group of 12.Staff members, making sure no one had any allergies.Our orders came out at the same time no one had to wait. Food was piping hot drinks ate not bad too,just need a little bit more alcohol. If you are able to get to the restaurant before 7 pm, they have some great deals. It was a good evening. Will be back in the near future.
Visited Uno's for the first time this weekend and it was great. We didn't have a booking but we got a table straight away. The waiter was quick and attentive which is always a massive bonus. The food was lovely. For starter my partner had the garlic mushrooms and I had the Calamari. Both were delicious especially the mushrooms! For main I had the Lamb Shank with like a garlicky mash which was unreal. I also got a side of veg which was fresh and cooked just right for me. As usual my partner creature of habit went for the pizza and it was delicious. The dough was fresh and the pizza had great flavour. As a whole the food is well priced and worth it. Very reasonably priced actually. The dining experience was great and I'd definitely recommend and will be going back to try something else.

First time coming here. Environment was clean and food was of good quality as well as being hot and tasty. Generous portions and reasonably priced. 1 star down due to being cheekily deducted £5 from the deposit because someone wasn’t able to make it, even though we spent £360 pounds as well as a £40 tip.Food: 5/5
