The best beauty salon in Edinburgh without doubt! You must try it at least once...you'll love it an will surely go back. There's a friendly, professional, relaxed and polite atmosphere you can breathe since you step into the salon. Each person working at Zen Lifestyle really make each client feel special, relaxed and pampered...their treatments are outstanding, their politeness and friendliness are second to none, their products are the best...each moment spent at Zen is a true blissful experience ...I really can’t praise them enough for everything they do everyday: their smiling faces welcoming and saying goodbye, their knowledge about products, their amazing treatments...you've got plenty to choose from and they are happy to customise anything to your need. I highly recommend this salon even if you're on holiday and need a pampering time.

My nails were painted beautifully and I enjoyed a wee glass of bubbles while it happened. As a treat, 10/10.

Wow factor for this salon, definitely worth a visit to make you feel special and pampered.

If I could give it a zero I would, I went for HD brows, I was not greeted by a friendly atmosphere, I was not offered any refreshments although other women there had been given refreshments, what should of been 30/40 minutes was a 20 minute appointment, the girl did not talk through anything with me, no discussion took place about colouring or shape, there was no products offered after the treatment even though this is stated on the website, the eye brown themself did not match my face and the colour of the dye and pencil was far darker then it should of been, the girl was far more nosey than I expected, alot of the time it was too personal, when I'm paying for a treatment In a supposed high end salon I expect royalty treatment. I won't be returning no amount of money off voucher excuses the treatment I received. All in all I was extremely disappointed.
