Really lovely staff and facilities. The treatment I had, Indian head massage, was just lovely. It wasn't rushed at all, as it has been when I've visited other spas in the past. My friend had a hot stone massage which she loved, and her therapist was particularly great, since she had a good knowledge of chronic pain, which we both suffer badly from, and was able to tailor the treatment to her.
Very impressed, if we can get another deal we will definitely return

First visit to the PURE Spa at Waterloo Place yesterday and I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment. All the girls were lovely; very personable and I was particularly grateful to Maggie for tailoring a gentle massage treatment to suit my various health conditions. The massage itself was excellent - deeply relaxing, comfortable and blissfully understated. The hot stone element was fabulous - I’d definitely opt for that next time. Looking forward to returning for another treatment soon! Thanks to all xxx

I had a great experience. The staff is great, so  time flies and you can have a great chat :).

Great atmosphere, nice staff, a really nice experience overall!

My session started a few minutes late — not sure if this happens frequently but my impression was that it was an exception, as staff was attentive and apologetic, and they asked a couple of times if I was pressed for time.

Amazing facilities and staff are so welcoming and friendly and amazing treatments. Would highly recommend if you are looking to take some time out for yourself and relax. Maggie is amazing great pressure and focuses exactly on your areas of tension

I felt so lucky to have Chelsie as my therapist-what a lovely kind and friendly girl and very talented too. She really helped to relax me during a difficult personal time-her every ready smile and caring and friendly nature was lovely and contagious. Can therapist requests be accommodated at Pure? As it's nice to build up a repore!
We were celebrating my sis-outta-laws 50th and the surprise cake, ice cream and chocolate birthday message was such a nice special touch to our relaxation room time and whole experience-I'm glad they brought two spoons!!
The swimming pool and sauna time were much enjoyed too. I really like the Waterloo Place Spa which gets to use the Apex Hotels facilities as well-a great partnership in the heart of the city.
Thank you to everyone you made both of our days.
