Shop here quite often.. I'm in my 60's and picked up a pair of trousers in the sale for £9.99 yesterday. Mostly geared towards the younger end but some tailored separates and classic styles. I'm a size 16 and pleased that the size range is good. Their clothes are different and quirky which I like and good prices too.
Clothes are lovely at a very affordable price. They do not have obvious designs nor the pink for girls blue for boys that other shops usually stick with. Staff can be very rude and dismissive.
Returned a shirt today due to minor defect button missing manger said it was designed this way. But the other shirt in a different colour had the button. Managers attitude stunk along with the member of staff. Goodbye Zara! Absolutely fed up with your products and service...
Seems overstocked & very messy in places. Yes it's a Saturday & plenty people shopping but I expect better from Zara & feel it's gone 'down hill' a bit. Also whats with all the leopard skin clothing? Too too much.
Never shopped here for myself but it has become my go to place for my baby niece's presents. You won't normally find a bargain but the majority of their stock is quality & all of the price's are justified. Also the store is huge so you'll struggle to not find something you want.
What a nightmare to make any returns. Whilst other tills in the store are quiet, they continue to have just 2 staff members dealing with returns. Absolutely manic...it has totally put me off buying again from Zara in all honesty. Queued over 15mins...no sorry for the wait, or such like. No wonder staff looked fed up!
Bought a coat from this store just before Christmas for my Mrs unfortunately it was the wrong one and I have lots my receipt over the Christmas period. I went into store today to change the coat for the correct one with my card that I used to pay and they will not allow me to change anything not even the size without the receipt. This is a complete joke as I have bank statements showing the purchase.
Rude disinterested female manager. Had to return faulty coat. Not even a word of apology for our inconvenience. Awful place my daughter spends fortunes in zara Leeds and it always feels like you are putting the staff out if you ask for assistance. Over priced tat. I'll fitting garments. Poor service it's a shame it could be so much better with just a small amount of customer value.
Personally, i love the light airy palette in their designs and the artistic fabric and embroidery. My only criticism is that for the price i would expect a higher thread count on their bed linen. Theirs is comparable with Sainsbury's but at Designer Guild prices.
Understaffed. No customer service but staff are pleasant if you make an effort with them. I like the homewear even if its a little pricey and I find things scratched ie photo frames although that has improved lately.
