Good store. The only downside to it is the waiting time on the till. Staff are too chitty chatty on the till and the waiting line grows quick. It is one thing to be friendly and have conversation, it is another thing to over do it.
Called in to the cafe Saturday 18th Oct with 8 of us so had to sit over 2 tables which was fine. Cleared 1 ourselves so we could sit close by. 2 ladies serving, younger lady really nice and pleasant, older lady rude and unfriendly. Ordered meals but 1 wasn't brought out. Speaking amongst ourselves asking if it had been mentioned and the lady interrupted saying that it wasn't on the list. We knew we had ordered as we were given options. Lady shook her head and walked away with no further comment. A little time later the food was brought out and just plonked on the table with no apology, no comment, no eye contact just plonked as passing by as had another tables food in her hand too. When finished I asked the younger lady if we had paid as we didn't want to leave without but she confirmed it was originally ordered and paid. None of the food looked great, we had a poorly wrapped wrap that was just folded and plonked on a plate then given to us, tea cakes with only 1 butter, beans with toast that were in a bowl I'm assuming had been in the microwave and not even stirred and other items. All in all not a great experience.

Great vast amount of stock prices really good cafe upstairs go to for home wares their throws brilliant plus tons of clothes we all love a bargain
