First time visiting this store and I must say very horrible staff. Some of the female workers are rude and nasty. I was browsing and the female staff kept hovering near me, without asking if i require any help, i noticed they were signalling one another to “keep an eye” on me. I have never felt so disgusted in my life. I was dressed very well. These woman made me feel like I am some sort of shop lifter. Disgusting poor attitude. Truly showed that they are just as nasty on the outside. I will never visit this store again. Avoid at all costs.
The worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered 8 matching knobs for some cupboards and one arrived damaged. I sent this back and ordered a replacement but they then sent the incorrect knob. So I contacted them again to try and get the matching one but they had to "check with the distribution centre" that they sent the wrong one which took a week and a half, only for them to confirm the mistake and let me know the matching knob was now out of stock. So I requested a refund of the remaining 7 knobs as there was no point in having them as they're not complete set but because they were already "used" Fitted they are now refusing to refund me. Do not trust this company.
Staff were really helpful here after Christmas when I took back a mug which was slightly damaged. They couldn't exchange in store but they ordered me a replacement online with free postage which came the next day. I was really impressed with the service. Thank you.
I was at the store on Sunday 5 June to pick up an online order which I could see was ready for pickup at the store by checking the status at the link provided. The shop attendant barely looked at my order, didn't take my order number or write down my details and just asked for my first name which is foreign so I seriously doubt she would know how to spell it!. She then returned saying there was nothing. I tried to insist to double check, being mindful that she really didn't take any real information from me but she was adamant that she cannot help and I should check again on Thursday. However on Thursday I could see in the order status that my order was cancelled because it arrived to the store on Saturday hence it had been there when I tried to pick it up!! and they hold items ONLY FOR 48HRS! So this is a one star for both the shop, for the lack of attention I was the only customer at the time, can't say the staff were under much pressure!!! and for the policy of the retailer for keeping items so briefly, unlike any other store I ever shopped from. As a cherry on top, my item is no longer available to purchase online.
Really helpful and friendly staff, gorgeous products. Always love going to see what new beautiful household treasures they have to find.
Again a good shop for my step-daughters Christmas present of some beautiful China to add to her items already purchased. Plus a super shocking pink fluffy jumper for Christmas for me.One needs a bit of colour and cheer in these dark times.ALso the most helpful assistant to went several times to the stock room to look for pieces of crockery that matched,even taking my step-daughter to check with her.to ensure she got the right match.Well done.
Very cool, quiet pricey
Product available in store but not online. Despite it being smaller than an A5 piece of paper they store are refusing to post it and are only offering a back order of over 3 months! It’s no wonder ‘high st’ stores are going bust if this is the level of customer service... Really unimpressed.
Was told off for queuing in the wrong direction so had to move into right place, this caused another lady with her mother in a wheel chair to have to turn round to get out. Her mother dropped her stick in the messing about all caused because one assistant had to feel in charge. Was served by same assistant who said ' Want it gift wrapped' no would you like or anything. Then I asked for the receipt but it was put in bag and bag shoved across the counter at me. So rude!!!
Staff where rude! I was in shop for 30mins and not a word was spoken to me. Even when I tried on clothes the guy just grunted at me. Clothes and stock are gorgeous, in the USA the staff are loverly! Uk you are just snobbish! This is not the only review of the terrible service!!!
