Have had no new stock in stored or online for about 6 months! All stock being sold is refurbished which makes me question why I am paying insurance when clearly nothing can be replaced! Closing stores down and running the open stores on minimal staff. Getting rid of staff from stores for no visible reason. Company is clearly folding and using every excuse they can to keep getting money in and hoping to get new customers to buy the stock no-one else wants! Would give no stars but won't allow me to!
I have never had any problem with customer service either in the store or on the phone. if the shop is not busy when i go in to pay by the time im at the counter my account is on their screen ready and the remember peoples names, not just mine, ive heard the greet others by name when they get to the counter. The weekly payments are low and they are ideal for people on a low income or budgets and the paperwork is very clear about the terms of your transaction so you know exactly how much to pay weekly and how much overall the goods will cost. Of course the total you pay is way above the cost in other high street shops but remember that the other shops most probably wont give you credit anyway on a low income or benefits and as with any financial agreement after you have read it its your decision whether to go ahead with it or not. Unlike some stores there is no high pressure sales tactics, so before you go to a loan shark go see what Perfect Home can offer, i did and i am very pleased i did.
Nice staff but they dont answear the phone and even when u phone the customer service line u are on hold waiting for soneone to answear for ages and sometimes they cut u off it has got worse since they started shutting shops and getting rid of staff
In the shop the staff are very good an take time to help people
